How We Work

Initial consultations typically begin with a brief email exchange where you share some background about your family and what you hope to achieve. From there, we schedule a video call to discuss your situation in more depth and determine which of our services might be most appropriate.

We understand that every family's schedule is different. Our team is flexible and can often accommodate early morning or evening appointments for families where both parents work during traditional business hours.

What to Expect

After you reach out, a member of our team will respond within two business days. We do not use automated responses or chatbots. Every message receives personal attention from someone who understands our services and can answer your questions thoughtfully.

There is no obligation when you contact us. Many families reach out simply to learn more before deciding whether our approach resonates with their values and goals. We welcome those exploratory conversations.

Service Area

While our physical office is located in Toronto, we work with families throughout Canada and internationally. Most of our consultations and sessions can be conducted virtually, allowing us to serve families regardless of their location.

For families in the Greater Toronto Area, we also offer in-person sessions at our office or, in some cases, at your home. Please indicate your preference when you reach out.
